In 2006 – We celebrate 50 years
of excellence in service to Sri
Lanka with a wide range of high
quality Office equipment and Office
Automation Solutions. It is obvious
that such a milestone is only
possible through the emphasis on
customer satisfaction not only
through our products but most
important through our first class
personalized after sales service.
The last decade has seen many a
change by way of new products being
introduced especially with changes
to more IT related products
worldwide. These technological
changes have also been utilized in
our after sales services as well.
From its humble beginnings with a
staff strength of just 2 employees,
Business Machines employees over 60
people and each one of them a
specialist in his /her own field of
duties.
Currently operating from our own
corporate premises, Business
Machines has a very large and
satisfied customer base which is one
of its many precious resources.
Together with constant technological
changes, the requirements, surveys
and feedback from this customer base
is considered vital towards
providing a continued and satisfied
service in the office automation
sector.
